I have known Monica for all 4 years of high school. We always had our classes paired together. She is a very close friend of mine. I honestly don't know what I would do without her in my life. She is a very, talented person.
Whenever I need my hair braided I would go to Monica to get my hair done. Right now, she specializes in braiding knotless hairstyles. The last time I got my hair braided I went with the medium knotless braids. This time I tried something different from my usual hairstyle. I decided to get a freestyle corn-braid I saw on Pinterest. I just love making Pinterest boards of different hairstyles.
I tried the corn-braid with the hair-shaped braid part on the side. I didn't know how this braid would turn out on me because I have a really big head. I'm not self-conscious of my head because it's a part of me. The hairstyle came out really well. I really fell in love with these braids after trying them for the first time. Monica says this was her first time doing stitch braids. Do you guys think it looks it was her first time doing them? I will definitely be going back to her for my next braided hairstyle.
I wear a large hair bonnet every night to keep my braids nice and fresh.
