Happy Independence Day!
We celebrate Independence Day every year to bring to our remembrance the Declaration of Independence, which took place on July 4, 1776.
Most people celebrate their Independence Day by having a barbecue and lighting fireworks. This year I kept it very low-key by spending time with family and watching movies. My family prepared some food on the grill. I had one burger, a rib, with some fruits.
I’m trying to eat healthy so I had to cut back on my portions. I drank a bottle of water. I’m trying to drink more water as a part of this new water diet thing I’m trying. I got the idea from Charissa from Rissa&Quan on YouTube. They are my favorite YouTubers to watch.
