Contentment

 







Welcome back... I've been away for quite sometime.

I'm here to speak on mental health. Mental health has do with our brain and how we think. It's important that we do check-ins with ourselves to make sure we are alright.

I was checked into a Connecticut Mental Health Center for my mental health to help with my mental health. Sometimes, stress and worrying about life can make you lose yourself. I am fine now because I got the help I needed but I wasn't with worrying about my family problem. 

The center has a therapist. I was able to talk about all my family problems with the therapist. It's best to talk things out than to hold things in. I also went to the Lord about it and prayed. I'm believe in God so I rely on God for healing more than the doctors or medicine.

Unfortunately, I lost my job as a result. I had to be content in the moment of the loss. I have faith that I will get employment eventually. I'm not worried but I'm hopeful that things will turn around for me. 

‭Philippians‬ ‭4:12‬ ‭NIV‬

[12] I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 

This scripture has made me be at peace with contentment. In the midst, of me not working I know God is preparing me for something greater and better than I imagined.
